CIP Experts at EHEDG World Congress 2026: From Discussion to Practice

CIP Experts Team at EHEDG World Congress

CIP Experts participated in the EHEDG World Congress 2026 on 7–8 October in Vienna as a Gold Sponsor. We shared our experience in CIP engineering, exchanged ideas with specialists in hygienic design and cleaning processes, and returned with new connections and insights to apply to future CIP projects.

Sharing Practical Experience in CIP and Hygienic Design

The congress brought together specialists from engineering, equipment design, production and food safety to discuss cleaning challenges across the food and beverage industry.

For our CIP Experts team, these conversations were an opportunity to compare practical experience, learn how others approach hygiene challenges and explore potential collaboration.

Digital Assistance for CIP Deviation Analysis

CIP Experts at EHEDG World Congress 2026: CIP Insights

On 8 October, Vasyl Mazov presented “Digital Assistant Is the Future of CIP & COP Processes.”

The presentation explored a real CIP deviation case, showing how process data, equipment states, control logic and engineering knowledge can be brought together to support an investigation.

A change in a temperature or flow trend gives an engineer a starting point. Investigating the cause involves examining what the equipment and control system were doing at that moment. Our Digital Assistant is designed to bring this information together and help engineers investigate deviations.

Applying EHEDG Insights into New CIP Challenges

Each plant’s equipment, products, cleaning procedures and operating constraints shape its CIP validation requirements and opportunities for CIP process optimization.

We look forward to applying the experience gained in Vienna to new projects, developing the connections made at the congress and working together on specific CIP challenges.

Thank you to EHEDG, our fellow participants and everyone who visited our booth.

Have a CIP challenge worth investigating? Bring us your case.
